Hats for Haiti Raises Almost $2,000
Students in the Brown Deer Schools raised almost $2,000 to assist with the relief effort for earthquake victims in Haiti. The Hats for Haiti Project raised $1,204.06 at Dean Elementary School, $280 at the Middle School, and $500 at Brown Deer High School. Students earned the priviledge of wearing hats to school on the day they donated $1 or more. Thanks go out to everyone who supported this worthy cause. This project demonstrates the good that our schools and community can do when we work together. Students are to be commended for a job well done!
