Top Line Gym in Glendale is holding a pet supply drive to benefit the Humane Animal Welfare Society through Dec. 31.
Top Line owner Brett Summers is hosting the drive to honor his recently deceased dog and best friend Champ, who ran away in 2007 and was found in a busy intersection by a kind couple who took him to HAWS. Without HAWS, Summers said, their family would not have been able to enjoy the last five years with Champ.
The HAWS list of dog supplies includes: new or lightly used towels and blankets; Pup-eroni dog treats; Nature's Variety Instinct canned dog food and other high quality canned dog foods; Natural Balance Roll; Zuke's dog treats; large, American-made rawhide bones; limited slip/martingale collars; Kong dog toys; jars of meat based baby food; and general supplies like Q-tips, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc.
Donors can call (262) 309-5566 to arrange a drop-off, or can make a check out to HAWS and mail to: Top Line Gym, 2012 West Bender Road, Glendale WI 53209.
