1A female, not yet 21, residence not released, was arrested for violation of absolute sobriety, open intoxicants, driving without a valid license and disorderly conduct after a report of a couple arguing or fighting in the 8000 block of North Grandview Drive about 4 a.m. Sept. 1. The male left the scene but was arrested later for disorderly conduct and possession of 0.7 grams of marijuana in the 8000 block of North 60th Street at 11:20 p.m. Sept. 12.
2A boy, 17 or younger, residence not released, was arrested for underage drinking and violation of curfew after he was found on the side of the road in the 6400 block of West Bradley Road at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 8. The boy admitted drinking and was turned over to a responsible adult.
3A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after she was seen driving through the BP Station, 5125 W. Brown Deer Road, at 1:40 a.m. Sept. 8. The woman, who told police she was lost, said she had one drink when asked but then said it might have been three or four. Her blood alcohol content was 0.15.
4A female, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, after she was seen taking jewelry and other items at Kohl's, 9060 N. Green Bay Road, at 1:20 p.m. Sept. 9. She fled in a car but when stopped, a pipe with residue was found in the glove box and in her purse were 20 pieces of jewelry, cosmetics and perfume valued at $768. She only admitted taking the perfume.
5A purse was taken from a locked car in the 9200 block of North Green Bay Road before 11 a.m. Sept. 10. A window was broken to gain entry. The value of the purse and the cost of the damage was not available
6A Brown Deer man, age not released, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police, responding to another call in the same building, noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from his apartment in the 8900 block of North Park Place at 11:45 p.m. Sept. 10. When asked, the man told police they could search his apartment saying, "Go ahead. Take a look." They did and saw two marijuana blunts and a pipe with residue in plain sight.
7A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, given a correction notice for no proof of insurance and warned for speeding 53 mph in a 40 mph zone in the 5400 block of West Brown Deer Road at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 13. The man said he had about two or three gin cocktails. His BAC was 0.12.
8A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct after making threats because she was unhappy with her take-out order from Applebee's, 9080 N. Green Bay Road, at 10:35 p.m. Sept. 15. The woman had ordered spinach dip and when she got home it was cold so she called the restaurant demanding a refund. When told she could get a new order but not a refund, she returned yelling and swearing threatening to cause damage. When asked to settle down she said, "I can do what I want."
9A laptop computer valued at $800 was reported taken from the trunk of a car in the 9000 block of North Green Bay Road on Sept. 17.
10A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, with three prior convictions, and open intoxicants after he was seen driving erratically in the 7600 block of North Port Washington Road and stopped in the 400 block of West Dean Road at 2:30 a.m. Sept. 14. The man, who smelled of alcohol, slurred his words and failed field sobriety, had a preliminary BAC of 0.158. When told he would be taken for a blood draw, he said, "You ain't taken any (expletive) blood from me, you (expletive)." A warrant was issued and he was taken for a blood draw. A woman passenger, age and residence not released, was cited for obstruction for giving a false name because she had a warrant and then taken into custody for that warrant.
11An Epson Powerlite ceiling mounted projector valued at $1,396 was take from the "Blue Room" at Cardinal Stritch University, 6801 N. Yates Road, between 4 p.m. Sept. 14 and 8 a.m. Sept. 16.
12A tool box and tools valued at more than $3,000 were taken from a garage in the 800 block of West River View Drive sometime Sept. 6 to 12. Entry was gained through an unlocked side door.
13Three TVs, a digital media player, DVD player, 12 or more hats and perfume valued at more than $1,500 were taken from an apartment in the 2600 block of West Custer Avenue before 11 p.m. Sept. 11. Entry might have been gained through the front door.
14A computer valued at $200 was taken from the 2600 block of West Custer Avenue about 1:30 p.m. Sept. 12. A man approached the resident, who was sitting on the patio, asked her for a cigarette and when she went inside to get it, he grabbed the computer and ran.
15Four wheels and tires were removed from a car in the 5900 block of North Green Bay Avenue sometime from 4 to 7 a.m. Sept. 13. The value was not listed.
16An arrest warrant was issued Sept. 18 for a 26-year-old Milwaukee man on felony charges of armed robbery and intimidation of a witness at La Quinta Inn, 5110 N. Port Washington Road, about 11 a.m. Sept. 13. The man met the woman described as "an escort" and after having a sexual encounter with her, threatened her with a gun and robbed her of $400. The plate of the car the man drove was traced to a Milwaukee woman who said her boyfriend had been driving her car and later the warrant was issued.
17A TV valued at $2,500 was taken from the 2100 block of West Hemlock Road during the day Sept. 13. A door was found open.
18A resident came to the police department to report her home had been burglarized in the 6400 block of North Willow Glen between 11 a.m. and 9:15 p.m. Sept. 15. A computer monitor, video game system and 20 Valium pills valued at $850 were taken. She discovered the burglary after finding the dead bolt open on a back door.
19Three males were seen taking merchandise from Sports Authority, 5850 N. Bayshore Drive, about 4:30 p.m. Sept. 14. They grabbed at least five items valued at more than $700 and ran out of the store, got into a car and drove off.
20An 18-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of 0.53 grams of marijuana as he sat in his car across from the dam at Kletzsch Park, 6560 N. Milwaukee River Parkway, at 11 p.m. Sept. 14. There was a strong odor of marijuana in the car but the man denied smoking the drug saying a female friend did and she'd been in the car earlier.
21A purse and contents valued at $485 including keys and a cellphone were taken from an office at Sport's Authority, 5850 N. Bayshore Drive, about 12:40 p.m. Sept. 16. A male was seen entering that office just before the theft was discovered. A short time later, the owner of that purse found that her 2008 Mitsubishi valued at more than $12,000 had also been taken.
22A cellphone was taken after being accidently left at Pick 'n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive, the afternoon of Sept. 16. The locater was used to trace the phone to an apartment in the 2800 block of North Bobolink Drive where it was recovered.

23Two secured bicycles valued at about $200 each were taken from Lake Bluff School, 1600 E. Lake Bluff Blvd., between 8 a.m. and noon Sept. 13.
24Items valued at more than $3,000 including a laptop computer, camcorder and camera were taken in the 4500 block of North Bartlett Avenue during the day Sept. 13. Entry was gained through an unlocked window.
25A bicycle valued at $1,045 was taken from a rear lot behind the 2100 block of East Capitol Drive on Sept. 15 or 16.
26A male, age and residence not released, was cited for theft after grabbing about $80 from the hands of a woman in the 1400 of East Capitol Drive at 4:40 p.m. Sept. 16. The victim knew the suspect.
27A secured girl's bicycle valued at $450 was taken from a bike rack in the 2300 block of East Capitol Drive on Sept. 16 or 17.
28A bicycle valued at $300 was taken from an open garage in the 3600 block of North Lake Drive on Sept. 16 or 17.
29A secured bicycle valued at $450 was taken from Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive, during the day Sept. 18.
30A group of juveniles were reported fighting in the street after a Shorewood High School football game at 1325 E. Capitol Drive about 10:30 p.m. Sept. 20. No other details were available.
31A male, age and residence not released, was arrested in the 1100 block of East Capitol Drive for theft of a bicycle valued at $500 and trespassing in the 800 block of East Kensington Boulevard at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 22.
32Two bicycles valued at $220 were reported taken from the 800 block of East Kensington Boulevard on Sept. 22.
33A bicycle valued at $100 was taken from a secured underground garage in the 4400 block of North Woodruff Boulevard on Sept. 22.
34A package was taken from a front porch in the 5000 block of North Lake Drive between 2 and 4:15 p.m. Sept. 17. It held vitamins valued at $66.
35A mountain bike valued at $150 was taken from the west side of Whitefish Bay High School, 1200 E. Fairmount Ave., between 3 and 4:30 p.m. Sept. 17. The bike was recovered in the alley behind the 4900 block of North Shoreland Avenue Sept. 19.
36A resident reported that unknown teenagers had placed rotten fruit and animal feces on her front porch in the 200 block of East Lexington Avenue at 7:25 p.m. Sept. 18. They had also broken a security sign valued at $20 a few months ago.
37About 750 square feet of FieldTurf valued at $3,000 was reported taken from the Cahill Square at Chateau Place and Woodruff Street at 4 p.m. Sept. 20. A witness saw a silver Ford truck with a cargo cap drive up and someone load it up. It was to be used for the new baseball field.
38A male, age and residence not released, was arrested for possession of marijuana and failure to stop for a flashing red light at Silver Spring and Marlborough drives at 10:15 p.m. Sept. 20.
39A TV, laptop computer, jewelry and cash, value not listed, were taken during a burglary in the 700 block of East Chateau Place between 2:30 and 10:30 p.m. Sept. 20. No further information was available.
40A male, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving and failure to stop for a stop sign in the 4500 block of North Oakland Avenue at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 21. His two male passengers not yet 21, residences not released, were arrested for underage drinking. The driver, who failed field sobriety tests, had a BAC of 0.10.
