BAYSIDE

1A purse and contents, including a wallet, was taken from a van in the 300 block of West Brown Deer Road between 7 and 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 13. The van's steering column was punched out as well. The purse and most of the contents were found scattered about the area and recovered.

BROWN DEER

2A Contixo multi-use tablet valued at $150 was reported taken from the 7700 block of North 50th Street on Friday, May 30. When the theft happened was not known.

3A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft of clothing valued at more than $480 at Kohl's, 9060 N. Green Bay Road, at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, May 30. The woman filled a large handbag with the clothing and attempted to leave the store.

4A 20-gauge shotgun cartridge was found along a fence line in the 8300 block of North 60th Street at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3.

5Cross braces valued at about $400 were reported taken from the Walmart construction site, 6300 West Brown Deer Road, at 9:35 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4. When they were taken was not listed.

6Two tires were flattened on one car and eggs thrown on another in the rear lot of an apartment in the 5100 block of West Brown Deer Road between 8:30 and 10 p.m. on Thursday, June 5. Damage was about $600.

7A girl, age and residence not released, was cited for a curfew violation in the 8000 block of North 66th Street at 12:25 a.m. on Friday, June 6. Her mother called police after she didn't return home about 11:30 p.m. June 5. The girl said she was at a friend's house.

8A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft and disorderly conduct/domestic violence related after he threatened and shoved his wife and then took her purse at the Four-Points by Sheraton, 8900 North Kildeer Court, at 11:50 p.m. on Thursday, June 5. The woman had a bruised arm but declined medical assistance.

9Ten Apple iPhones valued at $5,500 were taken from the Sprint Store by Universal Wireless, 5900 West Brown Deer Road, before 1 a.m. on Sunday, June 8. A window was broken with a large cinder block to gain entry, causing $250 damage.

10Two windows on a PT Cruiser were broken, causing $300 damage in the 8100 block of North 67th Street between 1 and 3 a.m. on Sunday, June 8. Nothing was reported taken from the car.

11A resident reported a neighbor stole his newspaper in the 6000 block of West Dean Road at 6:50 a.m. on Sunday, June 8. The neighbor denied taking the paper, saying he was just reading the sports section.

GLENDALE

12Police issued warrants for a 45-year-old Milwaukee man for strong-armed robbery, false imprisonment and battery domestic violence related after he forced his ex-girlfriend to withdraw $200 from an ATM machine at Guaranty Bank, 5610 North Bayshore Drive at 3 a.m. on Friday, June 6. The victim said she had broken up with the man but they were friends and after a party, as he drove her home, he asked her for money. When she said no, he threatened her, choked her and would not let her leave until she withdrew the $200.

13Jewelry valued at more than $6,000 was taken from the 6900 block of North Ardara Avenue sometime January to April and reported on Friday, June 6. A caregiver was in the home during those months.

14A 56-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for theft and false imprisonment after taking $84 of cologne from Alta, 5654 N. Bayshore Dr., and glasses valued at $335 from Sunglass Hut, 490 W. Northshore Dr., at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 9. He then forced two women to drive him away but the car was stopped and the stolen items recovered.

15The entire front end, including the grill and headlights, was taken from a 2006 BMW parked in the rear lot at Concours BMW, 5990 N. Green Bay Ave., on June 9 or 10. The amount of damage and the value of the items taken was not available.

16A 48-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for burglary and resisting arrest after a witness saw him crawl out a window at AT&T, 6150 N. Port Washington Rd., at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10. The man's car was identified and police followed it into Milwaukee, where the man attempted to run away. He then struggled with an officer and had to be restrained using a taser. What he took from the store was not listed.

17A 16-year-old Milwaukee girl was arrested for theft after taking 21 cosmetic items valued at $198 at Pick 'n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Dr., at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11. The girl was seen hiding the items in her backpack and was stopped by store security as she left the store.

18Three Milwaukee girls, 12, 13 and 14, were arrested for theft and obstruction after taking clothing valued at $240 from Sears, 5900 N. Port Washington Rd., at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11. They fled from police, dropping the stolen items as they ran, but all were caught.

19Two 16-year-old boys and an 18-year-old man, all of Glendale, and a 15-year-old Milwaukee boy were arrested for disorderly conduct after they got into a fight on the last day of school outside Nicolet High School, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Rd., at noon on Thursday, June 12. The Milwaukee boy had thrown a water balloon at one of the other boys and that started the fight.

RIVER HILLS

No reportable incidents this week.

SHOREWOOD

20A resident reported his iPhone 5 was lost or stolen somewhere in Shorewood on June 6 or 7. He had traced it to the 2500 block of North Palmer Street, Milwaukee, but when police called the number, it went to voice mail.

21A storage locker was broken into, but nothing reported taken in an underground garage in the 1400 block of East Capitol Drive sometime before 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 8.

22A Huffy 21-speed bicycle, value not listed, was taken from an underground garage in the 800 block of East Glendale Avenue between 3:15 and 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 8.

23Three cars were entered and rummaged through but nothing taken in the 4600 block of North Woodruff Avenue on June 8 or 9.

24A man, age and residence not released, was arrested on four counts of theft from Pick 'n Save, 4145 North Oakland Ave., at 5 p.m. on Monday, June 9. The man had taken six or seven bottles of vodka valued at more than $150 the afternoons and early evenings of June 6, 7, 8 and 9.

25Tools valued at more than $300, including saws and an air compressor, were taken from a garage in the 4300 block of North Marlborough Drive between 9:30 p.m. June 10 and 6 a.m. June 11. There was no sign of forced entry.

26A man, age and residence not released, is a suspect for trespassing in the 1700 block of East Capitol Drive at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11. He was found hiding in the basement and, when confronted, fled. In the basement was a sleeping bag, piles of clothing, food and a citation from Milwaukee police

27Eighty aluminum line pins valued at $1,200 were taken from a construction site in the 1900 block of East Jarvis Street between 7 p.m. June 11 and 9 a.m. June 12.

WHITEFISH BAY

28A male juvenile, age and residence not released, was arrested for selling/distributing a controlled substance and another male juvenile was mailed citations for disorderly conduct and resisting/obstruction in the 5400 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard at 11:15 p.m. on Saturday, June 7. A witness called police, reporting a party of at least 50 teenagers, 14 to 18, and a male on the ground yelling and screaming and being combative. A report states the male was "possibly having an adverse reaction" to a synthetic hallucinogen. He was treated at a hospital. The other male admitted purchasing a synthetic hallucinogen over the internet but denied selling it

29A bicycle and a backpack valued at $450 were taken from an unlocked garage in the 5100 block of North Kent Avenue June 5 or 6 and reported on Sunday, June 8.

30An attempted burglary was reported in the 700 block of East Beaumont Avenue on Saturday, June 7. A kitchen screen was cut on the east side of the home but entry not gained.

31More than a dozen unlocked cars were entered but in most cases nothing taken in the following blocks June 8 or 9: 1100 and 1200 East Courtland Place, the 4700 North Marlborough Drive, the 4700 and 4800 North Elkhart, 4900 North Idlewild, 4800 North Sheffield avenues.

32A male, age and residence not released, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of drug paraphernalia, open intoxicants, driving after suspension and speeding over 40 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 5100 block of North Lake Drive at 12:50 a.m. on Monday, June 9. His BAC was 0.093 and he was taken for a blood draw.

33A Whitefish Bay woman, age not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 4800 block of North Larkin Street at 4:11 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11. The woman had been previously warned for disorderly conduct and trespassing after screaming at a neighbor regarding workers at his home and then putting her fist to his face on Monday, June 9. When she again yelled and screamed at her neighbor, police were called and she was arrested.

34A male, age and residence not released, was mailed a citation for disorderly conduct after a juvenile reported that male had attacked him in the 1000 block of East Fairmount Avenue at 11:50 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11. The male had fled but was located in the 100 block of West Lexington Avenue. During the investigation, another male, age and residence not released, was arrested for underage drinking.

35Two bicycles, each valued at about $200, were taken from the 900 block of Hampton Road between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 12. One of the bikes, a Trek 7100, was recovered about a block away.

36A male, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, defective head light and speeding 46 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 4700 block of North Wilson Drive at 2:10 a.m. on Friday, June 13. His BAC was 0.23.

37Jewelry, including a diamond ring valued at more than $3,000, was taken from the 4900 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard on Friday, June 6 and reported on Saturday, June 14. Workers were in the home on June 6.

38A 2002 Chrysler Sebring, value not listed, was taken from a lot behind the 100 block of West Silver Spring Drive June 14 or 15.
