BAYSIDE

1A 21-year-old Deerbrook, Wis., woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was seen driving erratically on Brown Deer and County Line roads at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 23. Her blood-alcohol content was 0.13.

BROWN DEER

• A 19-year-old Brown Deer woman was arrested for second degree sexual assault of a child and repeated sexual assault of a child, a 14-year-old Brown Deer girl, Nov. 15. The assaults occurred in October and November.

2An 18-year-old Brown Deer male student was arrested for disorderly conduct in the parking lot of Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 11. He took trays from the school, placed them under his front tires, and then drove over them squealing his tires and doing multiple doughnuts. He said he just wanted to see what would happen if he drove over the trays.

3Two 16-year-old Brown Deer girls were both issued tickets for disorderly conduct after a fight at Brown Deer High School about noon Nov. 19. One was arrested and one was cited for fighting. The girl who was arrested started the fight, punching the other girl in the head. She did this, she said, because the other girl was "showing off" for her boyfriend and had "muffed" her in the head. Staff broke up the fight.

4A 44-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for theft at Kohl's, 9060 N. Green Bay Road, at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 19. The woman, who was with a child, filled her purse with about 20 items valued at more than $400 including gloves, hats and scarves and tried to leave the store. She said she was short on money and intended to sell the items to friends.

5A "Busy Box," a game for the visually impaired valued at $194 was taken from a car at the Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, 5600 W. Brown Deer Road, sometime Nov. 19 and reported Nov. 22.

6A 30-year-old Brown Deer man was taken into protective custody for extreme intoxication after he was found sleeping in the front yard in the 3900 block of West Fountain Avenue at 5:30 a.m. Nov. 20. He admitted having at least nine drinks. His blood-alcohol content was 0.253.

7A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for resisting and an outstanding warrant during her appearance at Brown Deer Municipal Court, 4800 W. Green Brook Drive, at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 23. Before her arrest, she appeared before the judge. He asked her if she was going to pay her warrant and she told him, "I don't have the money." He then told her she would be taken into custody. She left the courtroom and when approached by an officer, she refused to follow instructions and attempted to elbow that officer in the chest and face. After being arrested, she said she fought because she was being "disrespected."

FOX POINT

8A Honda snow blower valued at $699 was taken from a garage in the 8000 block of North Regent Road between Nov. 1 to Nov. 20.

9A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for lack of absolute sobriety and given a warning for speeding 45 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 6600 block of North Lake Drive at 1 a.m. Nov. 26. Her BAC was 0.04. Her passenger, a 20-year-old Shorewood man, was arrested for underage drinking. His BAC was 0.067.

10A 39-year-old Fox Point man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct after a report of a possible domestic situation in a condo complex in the 7500 block of North Port Washington Road at 4:45 a.m. Nov. 27. The man refused to answer the door and the Milwaukee County SWAT team was called to the scene. A short time later a 23-year-old West Allis woman came out of the condo unharmed. About 7:30 a.m. the man exited. He was arrested and taken to the Medical Health complex. The woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia found in her purse.

GLENDALE

• Two Avon representatives of Glendale were victims of the same scam on Nov. 8 and Nov. 24. Both received an Avon order via e-mail for about $165 and a money gram for $850. In the first case, the agent was told to send the product and wire back the overpayment to a woman in Tucson, Ariz., which she did. On Nov. 17, her bank told her the money gram was worthless. The other woman was told the overpayment was sent "by mistake" but she should cash it and return the over payment. She did. On Nov. 22 she found out the money gram was worthless.

11Three Milwaukee boys, 13, 14 and 15, were arrested for criminal damage to property after breaking the glass on a bus shelter in the 1200 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 15. A nearby resident heard the glass breaking and called police. The boys, all wearing black hooded jackets, kicked and punched the glass and tried to flee but were stopped in the area.

12Two cars were reported entered at Cardinal Stritch College, 6801 Yates Road, on Nov. 16. No information was available on what was taken or damages.

13A 53-year-old Glendale man was arrested for drunken driving after ramming a fence in the 6700 block of North Range Line Road at 11 p.m. Nov. 17. When asked where he thought he was, he said "home." When asked if he'd been drinking he said, "maybe." His BAC was 0.32.

14A 49-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for scavenging after a resident reported him going though her garbage in the 6900 block of North Range Line Road at 7:15 a.m. Nov. 18. The man, who drove a white box truck, had been arrested/cited five times in the past for scavenging and prowling.

15A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of more than 1 gram of marijuana and a parole violation when he reported to his parole agent at Probation and Parole, 4160 N. Port Washington Road, at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 18. The agent called police after the drugs were found in his car.

16A 26-year-old Milwaukee woman is a suspect in fraud on an innkeeper after failing to pay for her room at La Quinta Inn, 5110 N. Port Washington Road, at 1 p.m. Nov. 18. The woman tried to pay for her bill of $214 with her credit card but only $61 was accepted. She then left the inn. She called and asked if her bill could be adjusted. When told no, she said, "Fine," and hung up. Police called her but she has not responded.

SHOREWOOD

17Five men, ages 18 and 19, of Shorewood and Glendale were mailed citations for underage drinking after a noise complaint in the 3500 block of North Frederick Avenue at 12:15 a.m. Nov. 21. The men were sitting on the porch steps when police arrived.

18A 25-year-old Brookfield man was arrested for disorderly conduct after a report of a man and woman yelling outside Village Hall, 3900 N. Murray Ave., at 1:15 a.m. Nov. 21.

19A 45-year-old Milwaukee woman was turned over to Shorewood police when she was found selling synthetic marijuana or K2 from her van in the 4500 block of North Oakland Avenue at 4:20 p.m. Nov. 22. The woman admitted selling K2 saying she thought she was in Whitefish Bay where it was not yet a banned substance.

• Thefts of outdoor furniture were reported in the 4100 block of North Prospect Avenue and the 4300 block of North Marlborough Drive on Nov. 21 to 23. Chairs and tables valued at $200 were taken from the yards at each residence.

20A 16-year-old boy was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia found in his gym locker at Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive, at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 24. The boy admitted the items were his.

21Items including a 36-inch flat screen TV and a laptop computer were taken from the 4300 block of North Wildwood Avenue sometime 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Nov. 25. Entry was gained by breaking a front door window.

22A 44-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for thefts from Pick 'n Save, 4145 N. Oakland Ave., on Nov. 24 and Nov. 25. The man took liquor and/or beer from the store. He was identified by surveillance video. His wife, 34, was arrested for being party to a crime.

WHITEFISH BAY

23An unknown amount of baby formula and liquor was taken from CVS Pharmacy, 240 E. Hampton Ave., at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 23. Two females hid the items in a child car seat and left the store.

24A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for theft of three bottles of liquor valued at $50 from Sendik's, 500 E. Silver Spring Drive at 6:45 p.m. Nov. 23.

25A stainless steel wine refrigerator valued at $2,000 was taken from an open garage in the 5300 block of North Idlewild Avenue between noon and 2 p.m. Nov. 24.

26A snow blower, bicycle, tool box and tools valued at $900 were taken from a garage in the 5200 block of North Kent Avenue during the day Nov. 24. There was sign of forced entry.

27A 26-year-old Cudahy woman was mailed a citation for disorderly conduct after she made threatening comments to a teller at Associated Bank, 430 E. Silver Spring Drive, at 5 p.m. Nov. 26. The woman became angry when she was unable to cash a check because of lack of identification.

• Firefighters responded to 121 calls, 92 emergency medical and 29 fire/rescue, Nov. 22 to Nov. 28.
