1A patio-door window was broken, causing $200 in damage, in the 9200 block of North Tennyson Drive on Oct. 30 or 31.
2A 20-year-old West Bend man was arrested for drunken driving and driving without a driver's license after being stopped for running a red arrow on Port Washington and Brown Deer roads at 12:15 a.m. Oct. 31. His blood-alcohol content was 0.08.
3A 15-year-old Brown Deer boy was cited for disorderly conduct at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., Oct. 19 for events that happened about noon Oct. 15. A teacher told the boy to pull up his pants, which he refused to do. She then told him to go the Student Service Office to get something to help his pants stay up. He said, "If I wanted pants that (expletive) stay up, I would buy them. Mind your own (expletive) business."
4Construction equipment valued at $1,250, including a saw and air compressor, was taken from a van in the 8600 block of North Deerwood Drive Oct. 17 or 18.
5A 55-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for disorderly conduct after she yelled at a neighbor in an apartment hallway in the 4500 block of West Dean Road about 1 p.m. Oct. 20.
6A 21-year-old Milwaukee man and an 18-year-old Brown Deer woman were cited for disorderly conduct after neighbors reported them yelling at each other in the 4000 block of West Hawthorne Trace Road at 8:45 p.m. Oct. 23. The woman told police that she and the man were breaking up, he had her flip flops, and she wanted them back. He reportedly threw them at her, so she threw a neighbor's pumpkin toward his car.
7A 43-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving, driving after revocation and a warrant after a 911 call reporting that an intoxicated woman was leaving Applebee's, 9080 N. Green Bay Road, at 12:30 a.m. Oct. 24. Her BAC was 0.12.
8A 40-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man of Brown Deer were arrested for disorderly conduct after witnesses reported them yelling so loudly it was heard across the apartment courtyard in the 4300 block of West Dean Road at 2:45 a.m. Oct. 24. The man was upset, reportedly, because the woman found a discarded couch and brought it into their apartment.
9Three digital cameras valued at $3,000 were taken from an unsecured car in a driveway in the 8000 block of North 66th Street on Oct. 27 or 28.
10A video game console valued at $200 was taken from Best Buy, 8755 N. Port Washington Road, about 6:15 p.m. Oct. 22. The theft was discovered about two hours later when seen on surveillance video.
11A purse with $160 in cash and $100 in gift cards was reported stolen after the owner left it at Johnson's Green 7, 6191 N. Green Bay Ave., about 1 p.m. Oct. 18.
12A 40-inch flat screen television valued at $650 was taken from a reception area at Advanced Healthcare, 3003 W. Good Hope Road, on Oct. 21 or 22.
13A resident reported the theft of his cell phone valued at $650 in the 4800 block of North Lydell Avenue at 3 a.m. Oct. 22. The phone was posted for sale on craigslist, and three men came to the home to see it. The owner said they met outside, but there was a reception problem so he went indoors to fix it. When he came outside again, the men were back in their car. He handed the phone to one of them, and the men drove off with it.
14Two flat-screen TVs, a custom-built computer and a spotting scope valued at more than $3,500 were taken from the 6800 block of North Seville Avenue at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 23. A cat-sitter arrived during the burglary and called police. The burglars gained entry by breaking a window and fled in a black Jeep Liberty.
15A 15-year-old Milwaukee boy was arrested for strong-armed robbery in the 300 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 23. The boy grabbed a 73-year-old woman's purse while she waited at a bus stop and ran away with three other Milwaukee boys, ages 14 to 16. Witnesses chased the boys, the suspect was caught and the purse returned to the victim. The suspect said he took the purse because the other boys had already stolen things and told him it was time to "prove himself." He also said he was afraid that, if he didn't do it, they would "jump" him. The boys were all identified and interviewed.
16Two 27-year-old Milwaukee women were arrested for theft of 31 items valued at $973 from The Gap, 401 Northshore Drive, at 5:50 p.m. Oct. 24. A loss prevention officer saw the women fill their purses with items and stopped them as they left the store.
17Two cars were entered and items valued at more than $800 taken, including a Global Positioning System unit, stereo and speakers, in the 2200 block of West Good Hope Road on Oct. 24 or 25. Damage to one car was more than $200.
18A laptop computer valued at $600 was taken from the lecture hall at the Radisson Hotel, 7065 N. Port Washington Road, Oct. 25 or 26.
19A smart phone valued at $400 was reported stolen from the rotunda area at Bayshore Town Center, 5800 N. Bayshore Drive, the afternoon of Oct. 24. The owner left it on a table while his children played video games.
20A metal I-beam weighing about 500 pounds and valued at more than $400 was taken from a construction site in the 6600 block of North Sydney Place on Oct. 22 or 23. The owner thought it would not be stolen because it was so heavy.
21A 24-year-old West Bend man was arrested for drunken driving and speeding 53 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 3700 block of West Brown Deer Road at 1:30 a.m. Oct. 31. His BAC was 0.15.
22A secured bicycle valued at $600 was taken from outside Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive, before 10 p.m. Oct. 22.
23Two Shorewood boys, 16 and 17, were arrested for possession of 0.6 grams of marijuana by a Department of Natural Resources warden in the 4000 block of Estabrook Park at 7:15 p.m. Oct. 24.
24A resident reported the theft of her wallet left on a coffee table in the 3800 block of North Prospect Avenue on Oct. 26 or 27. The total loss was $25.
25Construction tools valued at $1,300, including a drill, saw and nail gun, were taken from a truck in the 3900 block of North Oakland Avenue during the day Oct. 26.
26A 20-year-old Shorewood man was arrested for underage possession of alcohol after being stopped for a burned-out tail light in the 2000 block of East Edgewood Avenue at 12:20 a.m. Oct. 27. When asked to show proof of insurance, the man opened the glove box. Inside was a bottle of beer; the man said he had no idea how it got there.
27A $500 digital camera and $20 in cash were taken from a car in the 5700 block of North Bay Ridge Avenue on Oct. 26 or 27.
28A $100 cell phone, $130 in cash, a $400 gold watch and prescription medicine of unlisted value were taken from a car in the 5200 block of North Shoreland Avenue on Oct. 26 or 27.
• A woman's wallet, containing gift cards and cash of unlisted value, was taken from a car in the 500 block of East Hampton Road on Oct. 26 or 27. That wallet was found in a car that had been rifled through in the 4700 block of North Diversey Boulevard in the same time frame. An additional eight to 10 cars were entered in the 5800, 5900 and 6000 blocks of North Bay Ridge Avenue and the 5000 block of North Shoreland Avenue. In most of these cases, nothing of value was taken.
29A gray Ford, value not listed, was taken from the 4700 block of North Marlborough Drive about 10:45 a.m. Oct. 27. It was found later in the day in an alley in the 3700 block of North Port Washington Road.
30Two Milwaukee boys, 15 and 16, were cited for disorderly conduct after getting into a fight at Cahill Square, 4900 N. Marlborough Drive, at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 27. The older boy was given medical assistance for injuries. The younger boy was gone when police arrived but left his backpack behind.
31A 25-year-old New Berlin man was arrested for drunken driving, refusal to take a breath test and possession of 1 gram of marijuana after he was stopped for speeding in the 4800 block of North Lydell Avenue at 1:10 a.m. Oct. 30.
