4th Annual Spooky Story Contest
Sponsored by the Brown Deer Public Library
October 1st - October 31st
Open to children in grades 2nd-12th
Participants may enter one "spooky" story
2nd-5th grade: 700 word limit
6th-8th grade: 900 word limit
9th-12th grade: 1100 word limit
Entries must be typed
No previously published work is allowed
Please do not put your name on the same page as your entry
Please include a cover sheet with your name, age, and phone number, and paper clip it to your story
Entries must be received by 8:30 PM on Wednesday October 31st
One winner from each age group will win a $15 gift card!
Two runner-ups from each age group will win a coupon for free pizza from Toppers!
A collection of the entries will be made available at the library
