“Sporting” the Green and Gold in Waukesha
Today our Waukesha Adult Day made their own packer T-shirts and showed their spirit by hosting their own pep rally wearing “custom” Packer shirts.
On the other side of town at our Wauwatosa Center, Brian experienced his first Super Bowl Party. Brian is like many Wisconsinites and can’t wait for Sunday. He is anticipating a huge Green Bay Packers win. Brian is a long time Packer fan and never misses a game! Every time he hears the Packers mentioned on the radio or TV, he cheers.
Brian lives with cerebral palsy and even though he has never played the game he loves so much, that has not diminished his passion for football or the Packers. He was only a boy when the Packers went to the Super Bowl last and he is excited to see his green and gold team battle the Steelers for a Super Bowl victory.
Today, Brian and his friends at the Easter Seals Adult Day Services program on Friday February 4th to celebrated the Packer’s road to a Super Bowl victory with a special tailgate part. They invited enjoyed tailgate cuisine consisting of brats and hot dogs and chanted cheers in honor of the Packers. Now all we need is a Packer Victory!
GO PACK GO!
