Was Archbishop Timothy Dolan elevated to Cardinal because his intra-archdiocese budget manipulations saved the Roman Catholic Church tens of millions of dollars by re-assigning line items in the budget of the archdiocese, thus not included in the bankruptcy filings?
What other "creative" budget manipulations will be found in the Roman Catholic Church during the current investigation of staff people in Vatican City, including people closely related to Pope Benedict?
Is it inconsistent for Scott Walker to blame Tom Barrett for the questionable reporting by Police Chief Flynn, if Walker himself won't release to the public e-mails that refer to the ongoing John Doe investigation of Walker's staff when he was Milwaukee County Executive?
When many of us equate money-making to intellect, have you been listening to Donald Trump's latest comments in the Presidential race?
Do you see any inconsistencies in American foreign policy when we are concerned enough to invade nations to get rid of their dictators like Saddam and Khadafi but not only ignore the atrocities of other dictators like Somoza, Batista, Marcos, the Saudis, etc., but offer them U.S. support?
With European nations on the brink of economic collapse, have you noticed how the majority of people now realize that solutions that relate to "austerity" primarily are losing more and more favor?
Have you noticed how many European people are calling more and more for the most wealthy to pay their fair share in taxes?
Have you noticed that huge financial institutions that are "too big to fail" nevertheless engage in very risky financial endeavors, and then expect the people who pay taxes to save them with tax money? Have you noticed the immense income these same financial institutions pay their CEOs?
When austerity and union-busting are the major weapons used against the general public to try and straighten out the economic mess, how come asking the wealthiest people to pay their fair share is considered by them to be "class warfare"?
Where has austerity-only worked in turning around a nation's struggling economy and created jobs?
George Romney is touting his business background to greatly improve the financial health of the U.S. Really? The last two presidents with business backgrounds were George W. bush and Herbert Hoover. George W. Bush, as President, got us into the current mess. And Herbert Hoover, as President, ushered in the Great Depression.
